Dear Guest to ensure safety and comfort of the guests during their stay, we have Some guidelines :-
- Room Check in time 1 p.m & Check out time 11 a.m
We love prepping the rooms for our guests so please check out latest by 11 am. Late check out will be
chargeable - Breakfast 8:00 am to 9:45 am & Dinner 8:30 pm to 10:15 pm
- From 22:00 to 7:00 hours is the time of night peace. We invite every guest to be careful during this period
and not cause noise that can disturb other guests. - Rooms are internally non-smoking. Incase of any compliance with this rule Bir camps is obliged to charge the
penalty of 500 or damage charge. - For any damage caused by the guest to the Campsite property the guest is due to cover the cost of damage
to the Bir camps. - All departures after 11 a.m. will be considered as late departure. The charges for late checkout:
- Upto 1 hour 10% of your room cost.
- Upto 2 hours 25% of your room cost.
- Upto 4 hours 50% of your room cost.
- Enjoy your meals only in the cafe or the common areas.
- In case of cancellation of further guest stay by the campsite caused by misbehaviors or disrespect of campsite rules, Bir Camps reserves the right to charge full length of stay as per reservation.
